Returns & Exchange

You may return eligible products for in-store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Food and bath/body products may not be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

• Upon receipt and review of your return, we will contact you regarding replacement or, where applicable, issue store credit. 
• The customer shall be responsible for any shipping fees pertaining to the return and subsequent replacement.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Daines & Daubney Boutique Inc. will not be responsible for any lost or damaged returns.
